摘    要:采用盆栽试验方法.研究了铅锌单一与复合污染对小青菜生理生化影响以及吸收累积效应。结果表明,随着铅锌浓度的增加。植株鲜重总体呈现下降趋势,受抑制程度大小顺序为:PbZn〉Zn〉Pb;叶绿素含量受铅锌污染抑制程度大小顺序为:Zn〉Pb〉PbZn;受铅锌污染小青菜体内Pb舍量根部〉地上部分,Zn含量地上部分〉根部;随着处理浓度的升高,Pb在小青菜根部向地上部分转运系数逐渐减小,Zn的转运系数均大于l,呈现升高、降低、再升高的变化趋势。

Abstract:With the pot experiment, physiological response and accumulation effect of lead- zinc single pollution and combined pollution on greengroeery were studied. The results show that plant fresh weight decreases with lead-zinc concentration rising according to the order: PbZn〉Zn〉Pb. Chlorophyll content is inhibited by lead-zinc pollution according to the order: Zn〉Pb〉PbZn. Lead content in greengrocery polluted by lead-zinc in the root is larger than that in aerial part and zinc content shows a contrary tendency. With rising treatment concentration, translation coefficient of lead become small while translation coefficient of zinc shows rising, decreasing and rising again which is above 1.
