| 摘 要： | 通过恩施沐抚景区的实证分析,对其特点、突变与机遇的剖析,提出了基于资源优势的欠发达地区开发须遵循的原则和核心思路,即以资源为基础,以产业协同为指导,以品牌为核心,以市场为导向,以精品线路为突破口,以精品景区为抓手。

| Abstract: | Through the demonstration analysis of Mufu and anatomy of its traits,changes and opportunities,this paper put forward the principle and core which had to be followed while exploiting the underdeveloped areas based on resource advantages.The core idea mainly included: exploiting the tourism in underdeveloped areas based on the resources,guided by industry cooperation,taking the brand as the core,leaded by the market,breached by classical lines,and going at the classical beauty spots. |
