| Abstract: | Based on the zone characteristic of Heping District, Tianjin, the paper analyzes the form and characteristic of environmental pollution, probes into how to strengthen the pre-environmental procedure on examination and approval for smallsized construction projects in urban central areas and for industrial and commercial licence, controls and mitigates environmental pollution as well as introduces the methods and countermeasures on examination and approval of environmental management. |
