| Abstract: | Various kinds and sources of oil pollution from ships and the way to investigate and deal with the accidents are described.In case of oil pollution from ships occurred,how to give administrative punishment to the illegal activities for the competent authorities according to the relevant laws and regulations is discussed,including how to impose a fine and settle the disputes over the compensation. |
