摘    要:采用顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱联用技术对水中九种氯苯进行测定。优化了SPME的萃取条件,选用65μmPDMS—DVB萃取涂层,在加入1.5gNaCl,温度为20℃的条件下萃取15min,280%解吸4min。该方法的相对标准偏差小于8%,相关系数大于0.9988。将该方法应用于湘江水中氯苯的测定,回收率分别为79.4%-99.9%,证明了访方法对痕量氯苯分析的可行性与可靠性。

Abstract:A method for the detemination of 9 chlorobcnzenes in water has been dew:loped using solid- phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with gas chromatography (GC) with electron capture detection (ECD). Various parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, each water sample was stirred with addition of 1.5g of NaCI, the extraction was carried out at 20℃ for 15 minutes using 65μm polydimethylsiloxane -divinylbenzene (PDMS- DVB) fibers as the solid phase and then the fiber was immediately inserted into the GC injector heated to 280℃ for thermal desorption in 4 minutes, the concentrations of 9 chlorbenzenes were determined with a relative standard deviation less than 8% and correlation coefficients more than 0. 998 8. The proposed metht,d was applied for the analysis of 9 chlorobenzenes in XiangJiang water and recoveries is high(79.4% - 99.9% ) which confirmed the reliability and feasibility for the uhratracc analysis of 9 chlorobenzencs in complex matrix.
