软煤层综放工作面注水防尘中的工艺问题

以现场注水试验和实验室实验结果为依据，分析并讨论了目前研究甚少而又对注水防尘实施，特别是在软煤层综放工作面实施很重要的工艺问题，提出了适宜的钻孔、封孔、润湿效果考察方法以及表面活性剂应用中的浓度选择、种类选择和应用的必要性评价方法

Some Technological Issues in Controlling the Dust with Water Injection

Based on field and laboratory experiments, some technological issues in controlling dust with water injection are discussed. They were less studied, however, they have been very important in the application of water injection, especially when applied in fully mechanized mining face of soft coal seam. The proposed ways to solve these problems include to use appropriate methods of drilling and bore sealing, and right method for assessing the efficiency of dust suppression, to evaluate appropriately the necessity of the surfactant usage, and to select the right kind and appropriate concentration of the surfactant.
