| 摘 要： | 在现代的生产、生活中 ,板金零件的应用越来越广泛 ,零件的形状更具特色 ,而零件的成形工艺则越来越多样化。以仿古铜鼓为例 ,介绍了曲壁管在车床上滚压成形的工艺技术及其模具结构 ,并分析了工艺特点和应用中应注意的问题

The Technology and Die in Rolling Forming of Curved Generator Cylinder |

| Abstract: | The parts of sheet metal are being more and more wide used in modern production and life, their shapes have more characteristics, and their forming technologies are also forth more . By the forming process that imitation of the ancient bronze drum is made , this paper introduces a new forming technology and the structure of its die with that the curved generator cylinder is formed in lathe , and points out the characteristic of technology and matters needing attention in applying . |
