等离子体协同MnOx/SBA-15催化降解正己醛的研究

摘    要:采用浸渍法制备了MnOx/SBA-15催化剂,利用BET、XRD和SEM等对催化剂进行表征。考察了介质阻挡放电等离子体协同MnOx/SBA-15催化剂对正己醛的降解性能。结果显示,负载MnOx后的SBA-15仍然保持介孔结构,且MnOx均匀地分散在SBA-15中;等离子体与催化剂表现出较好的协同作用,干燥条件下7.5 kV的放电电压结合10%MnOx/SBA-15时降解效果最佳,正己醛去除率达99%;相比干燥条件,相对湿度低于20%时正己醛去除率变化不明显,但高于20%时催化效果明显下降;该催化剂具有很强的O3分解能力,O3在催化剂表面的分解不仅促进了正己醛的氧化,同时也提高了CO2的选择性。

Abstract:MnOx/SBA-15 catalysts were prepared by wet impregnation method,and then were characterized by BET,XRD and SEM.The catalytic decomposition performance of hexanal over MnOx/SBA-15 catalysts was investigated in dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) reactor.The results showed that the mesoporous structure of the SBA-15 was still maintained after loading MnOx,and MnOx were well dispersed over the mesoporous support.Moreover,a good synergistic effect was obvious between catalysts and plasma.With the catalyst with a weight of 10% MnOx,the highest removal efficiency of hexanal was obtained,which reached nearly 99% without water vapor at the applied voltage of 7.5 kV.Relative humidity of below 20% hardly promoted hexanal removal efficiency.However,the catalytic property was significantly reduced at a higher relative humidity.Additionally,the catalyst of 10%MnOx/SBA-15 had a strong ozone decomposition capacity,which promoted the oxidation of hexanal and the selectivity of CO2.
