| Abstract: | The honk of an automobile has become a public nuisance in noise environment in city. The paper reviews that the effects of no honking measure, the results believe that the measure has a definite environmental benefit, economical benefit, plays an examplary role and has a value of extension and applicable. After this measure the limiting factors of the fall of traffic noise and controls of its are also explored. |
