| Abstract: | Based on the assessment structure of industry pollution source in Shenyang,it is put foruard the discharge index system from main pollution sources with main pollutant according to the objective of total discharge control of the main pollutants in city drainage system. By the tcchnico-econmic analysis of the situation of treating wastewater,the study on the method of total environment control discussed in the paper. |
