| 摘 要： | 研究酚在鲤鱼体内积累，分布和释放规律。鲤鱼饲养于０．００５ｍｇ／Ｌ，０．０２５ｍｇ／Ｌ和０．０５ｍｇ／Ｌ酚液中，在３２ｄ内随时间延长积累量增加，肝，性腺是酚的主要蓄积器官。随酚浓度升高，鲤鱼体的浓缩系数下降。将受酚污染后的鲤鱼重返清水中饲养，４２ｄ后肌肉，鳃中酚释放率高，肝脏释放率低。

| Abstract: | It studied the rules on accumulation,distribution and release of phenol in carps.The results showed that the accumulations increased gradually by time in carps which were cultured in the phenol concentrations of 0 005,0 025 and 0 05 mg/ L during 32 days and liver,sex gland tissues were main accumulative organs.The accumulative coefficients of carps decreased by the rise of phenol concentration.When polluted carps were removed to the clear water,after 42 days releasing frequencies in the organs of carps were different,muscle and gill tissues were high while liver tissue low. |
