| 摘 要： | 天津城区内涝对人民的财产和正常生活，交通等方面造成了一定影响，因此研制了这套天津市暴雨商涝计算机仿真模拟系统，在收集城区雨量站实况降水资料和数值预报模式36h预报结果之后，通过对降水在地面不同走向的数值模拟，客观地反映出每场暴雨过程中城区的积水范围和积水过程，从而可以对暴雨灾害进行科学评估。

| Abstract: | Water logging in Tianjin always influences the property, daily life and traffic. For this reason, we develop this water logging dynamic simulating system. Based on the collection of rain data from the rainfall station and 36 hour weather forecast with numerical model, we can scientifically evaluate the disaster caused by the rainstorm, by numerically simulating the rain towards different directions and objectively reflecting the range and process of the accumulated rain in every rainstorm. |
