摘    要:采用改进工艺操作条件对甲苯生产苯工艺的污染最小化进行分析,用计算机模拟的方法对工艺流程的温度,原料进料配比,物料循环配比及能量再利用等参数进行优化,若经实验或工厂生产验证,可在减少毒性较大副产物联苯排放量的同时,达到最佳的经济效益。

Abstract:An attempt has been made to minimize waste discharged from benzene process by the process modification while the operation conditions were also optimized to meet the requirement of technology and economy. The objective of the study was to modify the process reaction parameters, such as ratio of raw materials, ratio of recycling and inlet temperature, to minimize the generation of the by - products (diphenyl) while maintaining the production of benzene.
