摘 要: | 对味精糟机械挤压脱水的作用进行了阐述,对影响挤压机的脱水工艺参数进行了大量试验。结果表明,压缩比、压强、挤压速度和过滤介质是影响脱水效果的主要因素.当压缩比为65% ~70% 、压强为0.21~0.30MPa、速度为(6.5% ~20% )/m in 和过滤介质(金属滤网)为50 目时,脱水效果最好,耗能量小

Abstract: | This paper set forth role of extruding dehydration from monosodium grains,and tested a lot of filter dehydration technology parameter affecting extruder.The resultis that compression ratio、pressure、extruding velocigy and filtering medium are main factors which affect dehydration result.When compression ratio is 65~70%、pressure is 0.21~0.30MPa、extruding velocity is(6.5%~20%)/min and filtering medium(metal filtering net )is 50 hole size number,dehydration result is the best,and power is the least. |
