| 摘 要： | 根据现在的燃煤锅炉的运行情况,采用石灰作为脱硫剂进行脱硫,配套后续的水、污泥处理系统。要求废气的二氧化硫的浓度达到广东省地方标准《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》(DB44/765-2010)A区标准。该法具有工艺实用稳定、控制精确、操作简便、作业环境良好的特点。本方案工艺技术选用成熟的逆流喷淋塔,整个工艺系统由烟气脱硫系统、碱液储备系统、吸收剂循环系统、脱硫废水排放系统、工艺水系统及电气与仪表控制系统等几部分组成。该系统具有脱硫效率高、阻力小、运行安全、构造简单、不存在结垢堵塞等特点。
