摘    要:实验根据太原市气候状况选取了不同温度和光照梯度条件,根据实验水质特征选取了不同的氮磷浓度值,研究了温度、光照、氮磷营养盐等环境因子对再生水回用于景观用水产生的主要藻类小球藻形成水华的影响效果。结果表明,温度升高、光照强度增加和光照时间延长可促进小球藻的生长繁殖;氮磷比对小球藻的生长影响较大,其中,小球藻在氮磷比为10:1-30:1时生长繁盛,氮磷比为44:1时生长受到抑制,即磷作为限制性营养盐,可抑制水华的发生;pH和溶解氧的变化趋势与藻细胞数的变化趋势一致,可作为水体发生水华的快速监测指标。

Abstract:The effects of environmental factors such as temperature, light and nutrients on the growth of chlorella which was the dominant alga in the landscape lake supplied with reclaimed water were studied. The temperature and light gradients were chosen according to the weather conditions in Taiyuan, and the concentra- tions of nitrogen and phosphorus were chosen according to the local water quality. The results showed that the in- creased temperature, light intensity and lighting time could promote the growth of chlorel]a, and N: P ratio could affect algal growth obviously. The N: P ratio of 10:1 to 30:1 contributed to the growth of chlorella, while the N: P ratio of 44:1 could inhibit the growth of chlorella. So phosphorus can restrain the occurrence of water bloom, as the limiting nutrient. Furthermore, because of the consistent trends with the number of algal cells, pH and DO can be used as rapid monitoring indices of water bloom.
