液膜法提取水溶液中的苯胺

本文研究了用煤油－磷酸三丁酯－Ｓｐａｎ８０－脂肪酸酯－ＨＣｌ溶液制成的液膜体系从水中溶液中提取苯胺的过程。并对溶剂和表面活性剂的选择及用量，搅拌速度，Ｒｉｅ，Ｒｅｗ，外相ｐＨ的选择进行了和系列的研究。结果表明，该法既适用于高浓度又适于低浓度的苯胺水溶液的处理。

TREATMENT OF ANILINE FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTION BY LIQUID MEMBRANE EXTRACTION

A process of extracting aniline from aqueous solution by liquid membrane, which consists of kerosene tribytyl phosphate (TBP), span 80, fatty acid ester and HCl, was described in this paper. The selection of parameters including dissolvant and sarface active agent, stirring speed, Rie, Rew and pH of the external phase was also studied. The result shows that the method can be used in treatment of aniline solution at either high or low concentration, and the concentration of aniline was down to after-treatment can meet 3mg ?l-1 or less, and is satisfactory to the dischargeable solution.
