摘    要:本文研究了在巯基化合物L-半胱氨酸、硫代乙醇酸存在下醋酸水溶液中无机汞的光化学甲基化过程.结果表明巯基化合物对汞的甲基化具有明显的增强作用并在此过程中起光敏剂的作用.

Abstract:This paper investigates the photochemical methylation of inorganic mercury in the presence of suifhydryl compounds, L-cysteine and thioglycolic acid, in an aqueoustacetic acid solution of mercuric nitrate. And, the mechanism of the. reaction is also discussed.Methylmercury compounds after having formed in the aqueous solution were extracted and subjected to qualitative and quantitative analyses by thin layer chromatography-mercury analyzer and gas chromatography. As a result, it was found that the yield of methylmercury in the reaction mixture in the presence of sulfhydryl compounds increased significantly. Sulfhydryl compounds act as an effective photosensitizer for photochemical methylation of inorganic mercury therein.
