危化品突发泄漏事故应急检测标准化作业研究

Research on standard operation procedure of emergency inspection in hazardous chemicals leakage accident

The emergency inspection methods including test paper,gas detecting tube,portable apparatus for hazardous chemicals leakage were introduced.By comparing the emergency inspection methods of hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,benzene,combustible gas with criterion inspection methods,the results showed that emergency inspection methods can meet the needs of emergency inspection,and standard operation procedure document on emergency inspection of hazardous chemical leakage and Guideline on Emergency Inspection of Hazardous Chemicals Leakage were redacted,of which the former can standardize the emergency inspection work process,ensure the emergency inspection work quality and improve the work efficiency,and the later can assure the spot emergency inspection work efficiently,provide the necessary safeguard to the first-aid people and the reliable inspection results for the accident reason investigation and analysis.
