| 摘 要： | 对中美两国的固体废物法律制度进行了全面系统地比较，得出了中美两国的社会制度和经济发展水平虽然不同，但因美国的固体废物立法较早，管理制度比较全面，有些地方值得我国固体废物立法、监督管理借鉴。
