| Abstract: | The general situation of water resources crisis in the world and China and the main causes of the crisis are analysed in this paper. In our opinion, developing water-saving agriculture is one of the most important measures for solving water resources crisis. At the same time, the technical status and developing trend of water-saving agriculture are discussed. |
