超高效液相色谱简介及在环境监测中的应用

摘    要:文章介绍了超高效液相色谱的技术特点和优势,总结了超高效液相色谱(UPLC)系统在分离度、分析速度、灵敏度等方面的先进性,并以几种污染物的UPLC分析结果为例对其在环境监测领域的应用进行了说明,结果表明超高效液相色谱方法的突出优点体现在节省分析时间和溶剂用量上,尤其对基质复杂的痕量组分测定采用该方法以提高分析通量是今后发展的必然趋势。

Abstract:Technical characteristics and advantages of ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) were intro-duced, and the priority of UPLC in resolution, analysis speed and sensitivity were summarized in this paper. In addi-tion, analysis results of some contaminants by UPLC were taken as an example to demonstrate its applications in envi-ronmental monitoring. The results showed that the outstanding benefits of UPLC were embodied in saving analysis time and solvent consumption. It is the inevitable trend to improve the analysis flux by using UPLC in the future, especially in the case of trace components analysis with complex matrix.
