| 摘 要： | 综述了2013年循环经济行业发展的政策环境及再生资源回收利用概况；重点分析了“城市矿产”建设发展，以及煤炭行业、石化行业、拆船行业的循环经济发展现状；针对行业发展中存在的主要问题提出了相关对策建议；对行业的发展进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the policy environment of circular economy industry development and general situa-tion of reclamation and utilization of recycling resources in 2013; analyzes the construction and development of “City Mine” and the circular economy development status of industries such as coal, petroleum and chemical industry, and ship dismantlement;puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions based on the main problems existed in the industry development as wel as makes prospect on the industry development. |
