摘    要:按照ASTMG44周期浸润试验和HB5194的要求,研制了一种周期.浸润试验机。该试验机采用微型计算机进行控制,不仅实现了对试验条件的自动控制,也实现了对试验数据的自动采集和记录,大大提高了周期浸润试验的可靠性。对该试验机的应用做了简单介绍。

Abstract:An alternate immersion tester was developed following requirement of ASTM G44 and HB 5194.The tester was controlled by microcomputer,so the test condition was controlled automatically and the test data were also collected and recorded automatically.The reliability of alternate immersion tester was greatly improved.The application of the tester was introduced.
