| 摘 要： | 在分析突发性环境污染事故的概念、特征及现状的基础上,指出目前开展突发性环境污染事故的环境风险评价和应急监测的重要性和紧迫性,介绍了环境风险评价和应急监测的具体内容及其在处理突发性环境污染事故中的作用,并针对环境风险评价与应急监测中存在的问题,提出了一些建设性措施.
