| Abstract: | Both quantitative evaluation methods and qualitative evaluation methods were applied to assess the medium- term implementation of the l lth- five years environmental protection planning in Hubei province. The main problems existed in the process were analyzed, based on which, the suggestions on improving and strengthening the planning were pointed out finally. |
