| 摘 要： | 通过剖析房地产建设项目的现状特点,阐述项目在施工期和运行期产生的废水、废气、噪声和固废对城市及周边产生的不良影响,分析了房地产建设项目环境影响评价的重点及评价过程中容易忽视的一些细节,总结房地产开发项目环境影响评价还须进一步探讨的问题,并提出相关的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of real estate construction, the paper described the bad environmental impact on the neighbourhood and the city made by the waste water, the waste gas,the noise and the solid waste of the items in the construction and van time, analyzed the emphasis and some details easy to neglect in environmental impact assessment, and summarized the problems should be discussed. At last,it put forward some proposals. |
