2004年11-12月国内安全事故统计分析

统计了2004年11-12月国内发生的各种安全事故457起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故.统计表明,在这些事故中,矿业事故最多,占57.11%,平均每天4.3起事故,其次是交通事故(30.20%)、其他事故(5.91%)、爆炸事故(2.84%)、火灾(2.41%)、毒物泄露和中毒(1.53%).457起事故共死亡1 708人,伤1 211人,死亡人数的百分比分别为矿业事故47.95%、交通事故39.87%、其他事故5.97%、爆炸事故2.75%、火灾2.69%、泄露中毒0.76%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故54.75%、矿业事故19.98%、泄露中毒10.07%、爆炸事故8.59%、其他事故5.95%、火灾0.66%.

Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the period from November to December in 2004

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from November to December in 2004. There are 457 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories: mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 457 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 57.11%, 30.20%, 2.84%, 1.53%, 2.41%, and 5.91% respectively. The total casualty is 1 708 and the percentages for the six categories are 47.95%, 39.87%, 2.75%, 0.76%, 2.69%, and 5.97% respectively. The number of the wounded is (1 211) and the percentages for the six categories are 19.98%, 54.75%, 8.59%, 10.07%, 0.66%, and 5.95% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top eleven provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Sichuan(74 accidents), Chongqing(45), Guizhou(33), Jilin(29), Shaanxi(25), Hebei(25), Hunan(25), Guangdong(23), Anhui(22), Shandong(18), and Gansu(18). The top ten provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are: Shaanxi(269 dead), Sichuan(167), Hebei(149), Guizhou(133), Shanxi(107), Chongqing(90), Shandong(72), Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region(71), Hunan(65), and Guangdong(60). And the top eleven provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are: Shaanxi(169 wounded), Hubei(161), Sichuan(141), Guizhou(120), Hebei(55), Gansu(49), Zhejiang(48), Shandong(45), Chongqing(43), Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(37), and Hainan(37).
