| Abstract: | The monitoring of the water quality of the upper - mid Fan River in Tieling County has presented a whole picture of its current water quality. The evaluation shows that during the 11 th Five - Year Plan period, its water quality has been basically in compliance with Grade II of GB3838 -2002 （Surface Water Environment Quality Standards）. |
