摘    要:在参考EPA3630方法的基础上,探索了用环己烷样时商品化硅胶小柱的穿透曲线,并且验证了转溶剂为环己烷的必要性。同时对Vydac和Waters的PAH专用柱进行了比较,优化了液相色谱检测多环芳烃的方法。可用于新鲜土样多环芳烃的分析。

Abstract:On the basis of the EPA3630 method, this paper studied the penetrate curve of silica gel cartridge when cyclohexane was used as sample solvent. The necessity of using cyclohexane to load ASE extraction onto SPE cartridge was confirmed. Then the PAH columns of Vydac and Waters were compared, and the HPLC method was optimized. The method described in this paper can be used in determination of PAHs in moist soil.
