可控光降解聚乙烯薄膜的微生物降解

摘    要:本文通过微生物接种试验及土壤埋膜试验,证明高分子量的聚乙烯薄膜抗微生物降解;聚乙烯光解膜经光降解后,分子量低于4000~4500时,残膜碎片能被土壤微生物降解,不同土壤具有不同降解能力,聚乙烯薄膜的光降解残膜不抑制土壤氧化代谢能力和土壤酶活性。

Abstract:This paper reports the conditions of degradable polyethylene farming-mulch-film by microorganism inoculation tests and soil-buried tests. The results obtained are as follows: 1. It is very difficult for polyethylene film of high molecular weight to be microbial degradation; 2. When the film molecular weight caused by photodeg-radation is below 4500-5000, the film fragments are susceptible to micribial attack by microorganisms commonly found in soil, and different microorganism has different degradability; 3. It is also demonstrated that photodegra-ded raoled fragments of polyethylene film with not inhibit soils oxidation metabolism and soil enxymatic activities.
