综合型工业园生态化推进探讨

本文从综合型工业园形成的政策背景、发展历程和动力机制入手，在形成机理、管理模式和产业特点等方面研究了综合型工业园的基本特征。结果表明，我国的综合型工业园采取的政府和公司化交错和分工的管理模式；以多种产业并存或若干企业主导；而且大量小规模的传统企业与现代化规模化企业混杂，居住区与现代化工业并存，尚未形成良好的生态空间布局和功能组团布局，尚未形成物质减量化的空间格局。在此基础上初步探讨了综合型工业园生态化稚进的内涵、理念、组成和建设重点。

Study on Promotion of Ecologization in Mixed Industrial Parks

From the policy background of establishment, development course and dynamic mechanism of the mixed industrial parks （MIPs）, the basic feature is discussed in the respects of development mechanism, management mode and industry characteristics. It obtains the characteristics of MIPs in China such as the govemment and corporations managing the MIPs eollaboratively by work interlacement and dividing; multiple industries coexisting together or some industries playing the dominant role; a lot of small sealed traditional enterprises and modem large scaled ones mix together; dwelling districts coexisting with modem industries; good layout of ecological space and functional groups not formed yet and spatial pattern of materials reduction not formed yet. Based on the discussion above, the intension, spirit, constitute as well as construction key points concerning promotion of eeologization in the MIPs are studied.
