| Abstract: | The organizational system of safety management in state-owned enterprises expects to change. The concept of safe production needs to be recognized. Some disadvantages do exist in current system of safety management, in which the production line has been separated from the safety management. The functions and duties of the safety department in modern enterprises are discussed. Its executive functions are also investigated. |
