| 摘 要： | 2007年6月3日,云南省普洱市宁洱一带发生了6.4级地震。此次地震造成教育、卫生、水利、交通、电力、通讯和机关、企事业单位办公用房等基础设施不同程度受损,普洱市的镇沅、澜沧、孟连、西盟,临沧市的临翔区和西双版纳州的景洪市等县(市、区)12个乡镇的部分民房、校舍、水利设施也遭受了不同程度的破坏。经省地震灾害损
