| Abstract: | The marine disaster study is a huge systematic engineering. Its study area should not be restricted to the seas. We should study their occurrence development mechanism and the position of various disasters in global change from the view of the universe as well as the whole earth, so that we can forecast and prevent them to the most possible extent. |
