| Abstract: | The Paper focuses on introduction of the vocational work of global climate monitoring system, which is a major basic vocational work in the strategies of the meteorological center of state in order to carry out disaster reduction. It is also pointed out that reinforcing the cooperation research with multi-subject monitoring is a key way to speed up the realization to climatic change law. |
