固体推进剂粉尘爆炸危险性的模糊综合评价

摘    要:分析了引起固体推进剂粉尘爆炸的影响因素,建立了固体推进剂粉尘爆炸评价的指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法对粉尘爆炸危险性进行评价,结果表明固体推进剂在生产过程中发生粉尘爆炸的危险等级为II级,即危险性处于"不容易发生爆炸"级别.

Abstract:In this paper,the factors causing the dust explosion of solid propellent were analyzed and the evaluation index system for the dust explosion of the solid propellent was set up.Based on the above calculation,the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method was established on the fuzzy mathematic theory so as to evaluate the dust explosion risk of the solid propellant.The evaluation results indicated that the explosion risk degree is the second degree,which means "there will be no easy explosion".
