用正交设计法研究阻燃聚氨酯泡沫塑料配方

摘    要:本文合成了三(2,3-二溴丙基)磷酸酯和聚磷酸锭等阻燃剂。利用正交设计方法研究了阻燃聚氨酯泡沫塑料配方。实验结果表明阻燃聚氨酯泡沫塑料水平燃烧速度为0.012cm/s。阻燃聚氨酯泡沫塑料的氧指数为26。

Abstract:This paper synthesized the flame retardant agents of tri(2,3-dibromo-propyl)phosphate and ammonium polyphosphate,etc. Formulas of flame retardant polyurethanefoaming plastics were studied by orthogonal plan method.The experimental resultsshown that the horizontal burning rate and the oxygen-index of fire retardantpolyurethane foaming plastics were 0. 012cm/s and 26,respectively.
