| 摘 要： | 确定扑火人力是扑火指挥决策中的一个重要问题。文中对于影响扑火人力指标的非数量因素采用了数量化的处理方法，为解决数据中的复共线性问题，对回归方程中的未知参数采用了岭估计的方法，得到了确定扑火人力的经验公式，这个公式对于扑火指挥决策是实用的。

| Abstract: | It is very important during the suppression command deckion to determine the number of labor force. In this essay, quantitative methods were used to deal with quan-titative factors relating to the labor force index. In order to settle the multicollinearityproblem of the data, ridge estimate was applied to appraise unknown parameterb in re-gression equation. Finally,a proactical empirical formula was got,which would be use-ful for suppression command decision. |
