糖精酯化废水生物处理的试验研究

摘    要:应用好氧生物处理高含盐、难降解的糖精酯化废水.结果表明,采用生物接触氧化法可以达到较好的处理效果.经4种工况的运行结果分析,以HRT=48h工况效果最佳,CODCr由3952mg/L降至566mg/L,去除率达86%.根据运行数据,求得废水中不可生物降解物质浓度Sn=296mg/L,并确定了酯化废水生物反应动力学的参数:单位面积填料最大降解速率Umax=4.75g/(m2·d),半速度常数K5=1717mg/L.

Abstract:The aerobic treatment of high salinity and refractory esterification wastewater from saccharin production was studied. The results indicated that bio-contact oxidation process could reach better effects for the treatment. Based on comparison among four operation conditions, 48 hours' hydraulic retention time (HRT) was desirable and CODCr was reduced from 3952mg/L to 566mg/L with its removal rate up to 86%. From the operation data,the non-biodegradable substance concentration Sn was 296mg/L and the kinetic coefficients for bio-reaction of the wastewater are: the maximum biodegradation rate per square meter of medium Umax was 4.75g/(m2.d) and half-rate constant Ks was 1717mg/L.
