太原市大气飘尘中多环芳烃与DNA的结合反应

摘    要:在太原市主要工业区下风向昼夜采集大气飘尘,利用化学分离和荧光法,测定了飘尘粗提取物中多环芳烃(PAHs)混合组分与DNA的结合反应,结果表明,在不同时段采集到的大气飘尘中,PAHs混合组分都能与DNA结合,且白天采集到的飘尘中PAHs混合组分与DNA的结合能力较夜间采集到的样品作用更强.研究结果提示,太原市主要工业区大气飘尘中可能含有不需经过生物体代谢或活化而直接与DNA作用的PAHs化合物,且在白天动源排放增加和光辐射作用下,其反应性可能进一步增强

Abstract:Using the method of chemical isolation and fluorescence method, the binding reaction of PAHs part in Taiyuan City floating dust with DNA had been determined. The result showed that the PAHs part from the floating dust both in day and in night had the capacity of binding reaction with DNA, while the capacity in day was stronger than in night;and the PAHs in Taiyuan City floating dust can react directly with DNA witiout being activated or metabolized by organism, and owing to the increase of discharge of moving pollution sources and the effect of light, the reaction of PAHs in day may be further strengthened.
