摘    要:建立了用~(32)P后标记技术检测DNA加合物的方法,研究了不同水质海湾的贝类鳃中DNA加合物水平同时测定了除鳃外贝的其他软组织中多环芳烃(PAHs)的含量.结果表明,软组织中PAHs含量低的贝其鳃中加合物水平比PAHs含量高的贝的加合物水平低,即DNA加合物水平与贝组织中PAHs含量有关.

Abstract:The method using ~(32)P post-labeling technique for detection of DNA adduct was established; and the DNA adduct of mussels gills in the bays of different water quality were studied. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs) content in the soft tissue of mussel after removing gill was measured at same time. The results .show that the adduct in the gill of mussel with low PAHs content in its soft tissue is lower than that with high PAHs content. It is demonstrated that the DNA adduct in mussel is related with the PAHs content in the tissue of mussel.
