摘    要:采用了一种新的电渗析法制备聚合氯化铝.该法的特点是以2张阴离子交换膜构成反应室,确定了影响有效铝聚合形态的电化学和溶液化学因素,成功地制备出有效絮凝成分Alb含量60%以上的优质聚合氯化铝液体产品.水处理絮凝实验结果证明,电渗析法制备的聚合氯化铝的絮凝效果明显优于硫酸铝,与普通聚合氯化铝相当.

Abstract:In this paper, electrodialysis is adopted as a new method for the production of polyaluminum chloride (PAC).the electrodialysis is characterized by employing two pieces of anion exchange membranes to make up the electrodialytic cell. Some factors of the electrochemistry and the chemistry of the aqueous solution inflencing the affective formation of PAC species were determined. The liquid PAC product with good quality prepared by electrodialysis (ED-PAC), containing above 60% by weight of Alb was successfully generated. The results of the coagulation-flocculation experiments show that the ED-PAC is markedly more affective than the conventional coagulant, aluminum sulfate and correspondent to common PAC.
