摘    要:经厌氧生物处理后的酒精废水COD浓度为 650 0mg/L ,B/C比 0 .33 ,可生化性较低。为了改善该废水的可生化性 ,提高后续好氧处理效果 ,将酒精废水消化液进行铁屑—活性炭微电解预处理。结果表明 ,该废水COD去除率达 50 %左右 ,其B/C比提高为 0 .55左右 ,提升幅度高达 67% ,为后续好氧处理创造了有利条

Abstract:The alcohol wastewater effluent from anaerobic digester has the COD concentration of 6500 mg/L, with low biodegradability. Iron chipping micro-electrolysis process was used as pre-treatment to improve the biodegradability of wastewater. The result shows that iron chipping micro-electrolysis process is successful in removing refractory organics and improving biodegradability of wastewater, and it removes 50% of the COD concentration and raises the B/C ratio from 0.33 to 0.55.
