| 摘 要： | 旅游规划环境影响评价对于保护我国丰富的自然旅游资源,避免不合理旅游规划实施后产生的负面影响和旅游资源破坏,促进旅游业的可持续发展具有重要的意义.而旅游环境承载力是旅游可持续发展的最主要判据之一,将其应用于旅游规划环境影响评价中具有较强的可操作性和实用性.从分析旅游环境承载力的内涵和特点出发,探讨其作为一种有效的评价方法应用于旅游环境影响评价的适用性,并提出了旅游规划环境影响评价中旅游环境承载力分析的一般步骤.

| Abstract: | The EIA of tourism planning is significant to protect natural tourism resources,avoid negative impacts because of tourism plannintg's putting in practice,and promote the sustainable development of tourism.Tourism environmental carrying capacity(TECC)is one of the major criteri- ons that judge the sustainable development of tourism.It has good maneuverability and practicability to apply TECC method to the EIA of tourism planning.This paper first analyses the connotation and characteristics of TECC,then discusses the applicability of TECC as an effective EIA method, and presents common applying steps. |
