全面小康建设的定量评价与足迹分析--以江苏省为例

随着建设全面小康目标的确定。有必要分析我国目前小康建设的状况和确定今后工作的重点。本文主要从资源环境角度出发，在分析全面小康基本内涵的基础上。选取了经济、社会和资源环境方面的14个指标。建立了全面小康度量的评价指标体系，并分析了全国和江苏省全面小康建设的历程。结果表明，10年来全面和江苏省在全面小康建设的道路上都取得了显著成就，但两者在发展程度和发展结构方面存在重大差别。

QUANTITATIVE EVALUATION RESEARCH ON ALL- ROUND WELL- OFF SOCIETY CONSTRUCTION --A Case Study in Jiangsu Province

After 20 years's opening and reform policy enforcement, our country has fulfilled the first 2 steps of the 3 steps in constructing modernization society plan,and our life standard has reached the well-off level.But this level is low, un-comprehensive and unbalanced. Our party brought forward the development aim to construct an all-round well-off society in the first 20 years of the 21st century. To scale beyond our present situation and establish a standard for further development, based on sustainable development theory, 14 indicators were selected to establish an indicator system. And the process of constructing well-off society was analyzed by using the statistics from 1990 to 2000 in China and Jiangsu province.
