| 摘 要： | 鉴于超标率提出的不科学性,文章在分析其产生的原因之后,基于统计学理论建立了一种数学分析模型,并在此基础上提出一种能够比较真实反映环境质量超标情况的参数———超标概率,并进行了实例分析。
