模拟酸雨对油菜生长影响的试验研究

摘    要:酸雨对陆生生态环境及农作物的影响已引起人们的关注。国外有关这方面的研究已有不少报道,国内有过模拟酸雨对蔬菜、水稻、小麦生长影响的研究报道,但对油菜影响的研究报道尚未见到。为了正确估价酸雨对成都平原油菜生长可能产生的影响,本试验设计了采用盆栽与田间试验相结合的方法,进行模拟酸雨对油菜生长影响的试验研究,现将模拟酸雨对油菜的伤害症状、产量及品质的影响报道于下。

Abstract:The pot culture of Brassica napus were sprayed by simulated acid rain of pH2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.5 or CK of 5.6. The test results showed that the chlorosis spots on plant leaves were observed by simulated acid rainpH2.5 3.0, so that the yield was 14.4-39.2% less than those of the CK(pH5.6). The simulated acid rain (pH2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.5)made no impact on the quality of Brassica napus. The field culture of Brassica napus were sprayed by simulated acidrain of pH2.5,3.5, 4.5or5.6 (CK)and the results of test showed that the simulated acid rain (pH2.5, 3.5, 4.5)made no visible injury on leaves. The simulated acid rain(pH2.5, 3.5, 4.5)made no impact obversely on the yield of the Brassica napus, so that the yield was 2.1-3.8% less than the check tests(5.6).
