| Abstract: | This article overviews the development of the ＂Investment–Operation＂ mode in pollution control facilities for iron and steel industry,and introduces the superiority of this mode and its implementation method.From the trading point of view,the article analyzes the risks that may be caused by using the ＂Investment–Operation＂ mode in pollution control facilities and methods to be avoided. |
