摘    要:采用硫酸对焚烧污泥残渣中的铝进行浸出,考察了其浸出的最佳条件;并研究了其对印染度水的混凝效果。结果表明在浓硫酸加入量为0.92mL/g灼烧残渣,液固比为5mL/g,常温,反应3小时的情况下,印粢污泥灼烧残渣中铝元素的漫出率最大,达到96.7%。对制得的硫酸铝混凝剂和商业硫酸铝溶液各项指标进行比较,结果表明浸出液中氧化铝含量略低于液态硫酸铝的行业质量标准,铁含量略高于标准值。制备得到的混凝剂对印染废水混凝效果显著。

Abstract:Aluminum sulfate coagulants were leached from the sludge by sulfuric acid.Results show that the leaching rate of Al reach 96.7% when the amount of sulfuric acid is 0.92 mL/g,liquid to solid ratio is 5 mL/g,and the process of reaction is under room temperature for 3h.The leaching solution was compared to commercial AS.It is found that the leaching solution basically corresponds with the industry standard of commercial AS.The coagulant effect was tested by jay tests and the results show that it have a good fl...
